Warner Philips is a Venture Partner and Co-Founder at Rubio Impact Ventures, focusing on investments in entrepreneurs addressing societal challenges through scalable business models. Additionally, Warner serves as a Board Member at SkinVision and SkillLab, a Board Observer at OLIO and Sama, and is part of the VC Committee for the Nederlandse Vereniging van Participatiemaatschappijen, aimed at enhancing the Dutch VC industry with an impact investing perspective. As a Venture Advisor for FMO, Warner supports sustainable development in emerging markets and acts as a Board Member for Lingvist. An Angel Investor at Powerhive, Warner is involved in solar-powered microgrid solutions and also serves as a Fund Advisor for Obvious Ventures. Warner holds a Master's degree in Law from the University of Amsterdam and attended the London Business School.
