Jeffrey Smith

Jeffrey Smith started their career in 1988 as a Technical Support Specialist at ACT, where they provided technical support for a career education software application. Jeffrey then moved on to ACT Inc in 1998, working as a Database Developer and Programmer. In this role, they created and updated databases using Oracle and MS Access, and coordinated the conversion of a customer support system into a commercial order system. In 2007, they joined Phacil Inc as a Systems Integrator, and in 2016, they started working at OBXtek as a System Engineer. In this position, they performed vulnerability analysis and remediation and customized windows installer packages.

Jeffrey Smith received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications/Systems Analysis from McDaniel College, where they studied from 1984 to 1988.
