Special Needs Planning. A family member with disabilities may need assistance all her life. We help you plan for your loved one’s security and your peace of mind by taking a life-cycle approach – assisting in every stage to help you put in place a plan that will last from infancy through adulthood.

Estate Planning. Estate planning starts with understanding your goals, such as managing your assets during your lifetime, including: planning for incapacity, minimizing taxes, creating and protecting legacies for loved ones, and then preparing the right tools to achieve those goals. 

Elder Law. As elder law attorneys, we are advocates for the elderly and their loved ones. We handle a wide range of legal matters affecting an older or disabled person, including issues related to health care, long term care planning, guardianship, retirement, Social Security, Medicare/Medicaid, and other important matters.

Public Benefits Eligibility. The array of public benefits available and their rules for eligibility are complex but, with few exceptions, a common theme is limits on income and financial resources.

Our attorneys give back to our communities through teaching other professionals and families,  providing pro-bono services, and serving on non-profit boards.
