Beth Turner

Beth Turner has extensive experience in human resources and people partnering, having served in various roles within companies such as Ocado Group and Waitrose. At Ocado Group, Beth held positions ranging from HR Advisor to Director of People Partnering, focusing on strategic partnerships with executive and senior leaders in the Commercial teams. Prior to this, at Waitrose, Beth held the role of Senior People Partner and Head of People Partnering after starting as a Customer Service Assistant. Beth's career began at Ocado, where roles included HR Advisor in Supply Chain and Planning and HR Graduate. Educationally, Beth holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Psychology from the University of York, awarded with upper second class honours.
