Bethy Stone

Bethy Stone is currently the Regional People Partnering Manager for the UK at Ocado Group, a position held since 2024. Previously, they served as the People Partnering Manager, UK at Ocado Technology from 2021 to 2024. Bethy began their career in HR as a Graduate at Ocado from 2012 to 2014 and also held roles as HR Advisor and HR Business Partner. Earlier in their career, they were an HR Placement Student at Cytec from 2010 to 2011 and worked as an Alumni Fund Telethon Fundraiser at the University of Bath in 2008.
