Afterward, they worked as a multi-skilled Engineer at COVPRESS LIMITED before taking on the role of Engineering Operations Manager at Ocado Group, where they oversee a team of 22, focusing on training, maintenance activities, and staff management. James is currently pursuing various educational qualifications at Thomas Telford UTC and the Defence College of Aeronautical Engineering.
