Jonathan Ayling possesses extensive experience in engineering, currently serving at Ocado Group since September 2017 in various roles including Engineering Team Lead and Senior Engineering Project Manager, following a progression from Graduate Engineer. Notable responsibilities involved technical leadership and product specialization within Ocado's engineering domain. Prior to this, Jonathan completed a Master’s Degree in Advanced Mechanical Engineering at Cardiff University and participated in a Technology and Operations graduate program at Santander UK, alongside an internship focused on project implementation. Jonathan also holds an Engineer’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Cardiff University and attended Parmiter's School from 2005 to 2012.
