Interim Partner Success Director, APAC at Ocado Group

Matt Smith is an experienced professional currently serving as the Interim Partner Success Director for APAC at Ocado Group since December 2015, where responsibilities include coordinating Partner Success and Growth activities in the region. Previous roles at Ocado include Head of Analytics and Senior Analytics Manager, leading a team to support clients in optimizing their use of the Ocado Smart Platform, as well as contributing significantly as a Channel Development Analyst and General Merchandise Business Planning Analyst, where data manipulation and strategic improvements were key focus areas. Prior to Ocado, Matt worked as a Consultant at Symplicis Ltd, specializing in change management and the creation of data visualizations. Matt holds a Master of Chemistry degree from Durham University and completed an ERASMUS program at The Julius Maximilians University of Würzburg.
