Robert Cooper

Robert Cooper serves as the Chief Compliance Officer at Ocado Group PLC since January 2018 and has held the position of Head of Corporate Law and Deputy Company Secretary at Ocado since July 2009. Prior to these roles, Robert Cooper worked as a solicitor at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP from January 2006 to February 2008, and at Freehills from March 2002 to December 2005, where responsibilities included roles as a solicitor and articled clerk. Robert Cooper earned a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and a Bachelor of Commerce with a Major in Accounting from the University of Tasmania between 1997 and 2001.
