Rose Simmonds

Rose Simmonds is currently serving as the Category Demand Planning Manager at Ocado, overseeing a team managing over 7000 chilled and fresh products. With a diverse background in retail, hospitality, and supply chain, Rose has developed a strong skill set in demand planning, risk analysis, and team leadership. Previously, they held roles as Category Supply Manager and Category Demand Planner at Martin Brower UK and Ireland, where they managed supply for 1400 McDonald's restaurants. Rose also has experience in management and customer service from positions at Mitchells & Butlers PLC and Sainsbury's. They continue to actively seek new challenges while building relationships and enhancing processes within their work environment.
