Sam Walker

Sam Walker serves as the Head of Project Operations at Ocado Group, overseeing global project operations for high-value client-facing projects, including automation equipment and software implementation. Previously, Sam held the position of Head of Install Excellence, focusing on improving the construction and installation of automated fulfillment centers, and managed the Kroger Partnership program to deploy the Ocado Smart Platform. Prior experience includes serving as Lead Operations Consultant at Newton Europe, driving operational improvements, and Project Manager at BAE Systems, delivering HR transformation for 35,000 employees. Sam holds a BSc in Business Administration from the University of Bath and completed an international academic exchange at Rikkyo University in Tokyo.
