Simon Walkerden Ceng

Simon Walkerden CEng PMP is an accomplished Programme PMO Manager at Ocado Group since October 2020, responsible for establishing a mature Project Management Office (PMO) function and developing a PMI-compliant Project Management Framework. Previously, Simon served as Managing Director at Assured RMDS, focusing on risk and issue management within complex delivery environments, and was the Risk & Issue Lead for the £9 billion Home Office Emergency Service Network Technology Programme at Deloitte. Simon's extensive experience includes roles as an Associate Risk Management Consultant at WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff, PMO Programme Risk & Assurance Manager at Highways England, and various senior risk management positions across notable projects such as the Thames Tideway Tunnel and Centrica Energy. Simon holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Aerospace Manufacture Engineering from the University of the West of England.
