Simon Weeks

Simon Weeks is an experienced Programme Manager at Ocado Group, leading the implementation of the Ocado Smart Platform for e-commerce fulfilment centres in Canada and the USA since October 2019. Prior to this role, Simon served as an Implementation Project Manager at Ocado, overseeing the installation of advanced technology for a major Canadian grocery retailer. With a solid background in logistics and project management, Simon worked as a Transition Project Manager at Debenhams and held various management positions at S B Global Logistics, including Logistics Manager. Early career experience includes project consultation for Transaid, focusing on innovative distribution solutions in Madagascar, and management roles at Wincanton, where responsibilities spanned across customer account management and delivery operations. Simon holds a BSc (Hons) in Geography from The University of Sheffield.
