Will James

Will James is a Senior Analyst at Ocado, where they are currently focused on data analysis and process improvements. Previously, Will served as a Commercial Analyst at Jarmany, developing forecasting tools and building Power BI dashboards, and co-founded FISHMAG, where they implemented A/B testing and utilized advanced SEO techniques. Will began their academic journey at Truro and Penwith College and later earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Exeter. Prior to their analytical roles, Will led guided kayak tours at Paddle Cornwall SUP.
