David Roddam

David Roddam is currently the Head of Demand Planning at Ocado Logistics, where they lead demand planning initiatives. Previously, David held various roles at Ocado Group, including Operational Excellence Manager on secondment, Head of Inbound & Stock Management, Supply Chain Manager for Offsite Storage & Frozen Demand Planning, and Supplier Collaboration Lead. David began their career at Ocado in 2006 as a Demand Manager and quickly progressed to senior roles, overseeing significant financial responsibilities and improving key business metrics. David earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies and Supply Chain from Northumbria University.
