Eoin Likely has a strong background in finance and has held various leadership positions throughout their career. Eoin started their career with KPMG in 1995, where they worked in various positions before becoming an Associate Director in 2001. At KPMG, Eoin gained experience in audit, transaction services, and corporate finance, providing strategic advisory services to clients in Ireland, the UK, Europe, and the US.

In 2004, Eoin joined United Drug plc as the Group Financial Controller, where they oversaw financial operations. Eoin then moved on to O'Callaghan Hotels in 2005, serving as the Chief Financial Officer for a year. Eoin then joined Reox Holdings plc in 2006, where they held the position of Head of Operations & Finance for Alchemy Properties, a subsidiary of Reox Holdings.

Eoin returned to the role of Chief Financial Officer at Reox Holdings plc in 2009, where they played a key role in divesting consumer food and infrastructure businesses while focusing on unlocking the potential of extensive property interests. Eoin remained in this position until 2013.

Most recently, Eoin joined O'Callaghan Collection in 2014 as the Chief Financial Officer, a position they currently hold. Overall, Eoin Likely has a robust work experience in finance, with a particular emphasis on financial management and strategic advisory services.

Eoin Likely completed their education in Law and Accountancy from the University of Limerick, where they pursued a BA degree from 1991 to 1995. Subsequently, they attended Chartered Accountants Ireland and obtained an FCA degree in Accountancy between 1995 and 1998.
