Stephen Burke

Stephen Burke is an experienced operations manager currently working at O'Callaghan Collection, where they also serve as a Meetings & Events Manager. Prior to this, they held the position of Hospitality Recruitment Manager at Fusion Recruitment Ireland and spent over a decade at Grand Hotel Malahide, ultimately serving as Deputy General Manager. Stephen's earlier roles include Conference and Banqueting Manager at Glenview Hotel and Trainee Duty Manager at Hayden's Gateway Hotel, among others. They earned a TMDP Certificate from Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology, completing the Trainee Manager Development Programme in 2002.
