Alan Kam

Alan Kam currently serves as the Head of Branch Operation & Business Planning at OCBC since October 2020, after holding the position of Head of Branch Operation & Planning at OCBC Wing Hang Bank from November 2019 to September 2020. Prior to these roles, Alan Kam gained valuable experience at HSBC Retail Banking and Wealth Management, where responsibilities included Manager for CVM & Customer Experience and Manager for Business Risk & Control Management from December 2013 to November 2019, and Premier Banker from January 2009 to May 2012. Alan Kam holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Diploma in Accounting from The University of British Columbia, and completed an Executive Development Program at INSEAD in 2022.
