Alan Kao

Alan Kao, CFA, is an experienced finance professional currently serving as an Associate Director and Corporate Relationship Manager at OCBC since October 2021. Prior to this role, Alan worked at HSBC from August 2018 to October 2021 as a Corporate Relationship Support Manager, managing a portfolio of large corporate clients and handling transactions involving treasury services, foreign exchange, and loan facilities. Alan's experience also includes serving as a Senior Credit Analyst at the Bank of Taiwan New York Branch, where involvement in significant financial transactions was key, and as a Project Research Analyst at Equity International, focusing on hedging strategies for foreign exchange risks. Alan holds a Master's degree in Finance from Gies College of Business - University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from National Taiwan University, along with a summer exchange experience at the University of Oxford.
