Alan Mak is currently the Executive Director of Operational Excellence at OCBC Bank, where they drive process improvement and customer service projects. Previously, they held managerial positions at BNP Paribas and Bank of China (Hong Kong), focusing on change management and efficiency projects utilizing Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Before transitioning to banking, Alan worked at Medtronic, leading global quality programs and training initiatives in the Asia Pacific region. Alan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering and two Master’s degrees, one in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering and another in Business Administration from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and the National University of Singapore.
