Alicia Wan

Alicia Wan has extensive experience in the banking and payment solutions industry, holding various leadership roles over a career spanning more than a decade. Alicia began as Merchant Acquisition Manager at American Express before progressing to Sr Executive at Maybank, where Alicia excelled in merchant acquisition and portfolio management. Subsequent roles included Assistant Vice President positions at CIMB and United Overseas Bank Limited, focusing on merchant sales and management. Most recently, Alicia served as Vice President of Merchant Sales and currently as Vice President of Merchant Partnership at OCBC Bank, driving strategic initiatives and partnership development to enhance revenue and market presence. Alicia holds a Higher Diploma in Business Administration from INTI International University & Colleges and a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from the University of Hertfordshire.
