Anna Chang is a Managing Director and Head of Middle Market & Enterprise Banking Services in Global Commercial Banking. They previously held various roles at OCBC Bank from 2009 to 2023, where they led the creation of a First-in-Market segment for Serial Entrepreneurs, earning multiple innovation and excellence awards. Anna began their career at the Ministry of Defence of Singapore in 2006. They hold a Bachelor of Social Sciences (Honours) in Psychology from the National University of Singapore and have completed executive programs at INSEAD and Stanford University Graduate School of Business, as well as a course in Design Thinking from EMERITUS Institute of Management.
