Beverly Li

Beverly Li has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as AVP of Learning & Transformation at OCBC since August 2022, after previously holding the position of Manager in the same department. Prior to OCBC, Beverly worked at Singapore Press Holdings from February 2021 to August 2022 as an Assistant Manager in HR, focusing on learning and development by collaborating with business units to identify training needs and developing career development roadmaps. Beverly also served as an Organizational Development Interventionist, co-leading an employee engagement survey project for the Tech division. Earlier professional experience includes a role as a Trainee Consultant at Civil Service College, where project management and research into best practices in talent selection were key responsibilities, and as a Correctional Rehabilitation Specialist with the Singapore Prison Service from 2013 to 2020. Beverly holds a Master of Science in Work Psychology from The University of Sheffield and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University at Buffalo, with additional studies at Korea University.
