Ka Chun Leung Care is the Vice President of Integrated Risk Assessment in the Risk Portfolio Management Department at OCBC HK. With over nine years of experience in credit risk management, Care has worked across various institutions, including 2.5 years as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Risk Advisory and over seven years at different banks. Presently, Care coordinates bank-wide ICAAP exercises and executes credit stress testing initiatives, while past experiences include roles in credit risk management and regulatory compliance. Care holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
