Chenna Rayapu is an Executive Director and Lead for Onboarding Apps at OCBC Bank, specializing in business process management and platform modernization. They have extensive experience designing and developing applications using PEGA Systems, with a proven track record in application upgrades and enterprise integrations across various organizations. Previously, Chenna served as a PEGA Enterprise Architect at American Express and has held multiple roles at OCBC Bank, including PEGA Certified Consultant and Assistant Vice President. Chenna holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University and is certified in multiple PEGA and SAFe methodologies.
