Chi Chiang Sem

Chi Chiang Sem is an experienced professional in the field of information security and project management. Currently serving as Executive Director of Group Information Security & Digital Risk Management and Head of the IT Project Management Office at OCBC since February 2021, Chi has a strong background in IT leadership. Prior roles include Vice President at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and positions at OCBC Bank as Associate Vice President in the Group Audit - Program Management Office and IT Audit. Additionally, Chi has managerial experience in Advisory Services at EY from July 2006 to February 2013. Chi holds a degree in Computing with a focus on Management Information Systems from the National University of Singapore, completed in 2006.
