Choon Meng Tan

Choon Meng Tan is a qualified HRIS professional with over 20 years of experience in Human Resources Applications. They served as an HRIS Workday Specialist at MUFG from 2018 to 2025 and now hold the position of Assistant Vice President Human Resources at OCBC. Prior to this, Choon Meng worked as a Principal IT Professional specializing in HCM with PeopleSoft and Workday at HGST from 1996 to 2018. They earned a Bachelor of Technology with Honors from the National University of Singapore, majoring in Computer Engineering. Recognized for their effective communication and ability to bridge gaps between business sites and vendors, Choon Meng has played a pivotal role in system improvements and organizational growth.
