Chor Wu Yap

Chor Wu Yap possesses extensive experience in trading, particularly within emerging markets and derivatives. Starting as a Derivatives Trader at HSBC from January 2003 to December 2007, Chor then advanced to Senior Trader and Manager at Standard Bank Group from June 2009 to May 2011, focusing on EM markets in Asia. From June 2011 to March 2016, Chor served as a Proprietary Trader and Director at Societe Generale, concentrating on EM assets, rates derivatives, and the forex market. Currently, Chor is the Trader EM Managing Director at OCBC since April 2016. Chor holds a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) in Mathematics from the University of Cambridge.
