Danny Tay is a consumer banking digital channels platform lead with over 18 years of experience in banking technology. Currently, Danny is responsible for the change and run functions of internet and mobile banking at OCBC Bank, overseeing 30 squads across Singapore and Malaysia. Previously, Danny held various managerial roles at institutions such as ING and Barclays Capital, where they successfully led teams and projects in regulatory reporting and credit risk technology. A passionate coach and mentor, Danny actively supports the development of graduate talent through the Graduate Talent Committee. Outside of work, Danny is an ACE-certified personal trainer and a fitness enthusiast.
