David Ng

David Ng is the Head of the Group Technology Information Security Office at OCBC Bank, where they set cybersecurity architecture, strategy, road maps, and standards. They innovate and deliver cyber capabilities while overseeing operations. Previously, David served as the Director & Head of the IT Security Division at the Monetary Authority of Singapore from 2000 to 2014. Currently, David is the Chair of the Standing Committee for Cyber Security at The Association of Banks in Singapore and is an IBF Fellow specializing in technology. Additionally, David is a co-author of "A Day in a Life of a CISO" and has been a speaker at various cybersecurity events, including the Singapore International Cyber Week.
