Dedy Lim currently serves as Vice President and Head of Regional Development Centre and System Delivery for Digital Channels at OCBC Bank, a position held since August 2001. In this role, Dedy Lim leads regional agile development teams focused on delivering digital solutions and driving digital transformation initiatives. Responsibilities include overseeing OCBC API and open banking platforms and managing the internal Group Operation and Technology Innovation Lab, which emphasizes innovative, award-winning projects. Prior to OCBC Bank, Dedy Lim was a Manager in Systems Engineering and Project Services at Isis International Pte Ltd from April 1997 to June 2001, where project management encompassed implementing ATM systems and retail payment switches for banks across South-East Asia. Dedy Lim holds a Master’s degree in Business Information Systems from the University of New South Wales, obtained between 1995 and 1997.
