Eileen Nah

Eileen Nah is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership development and employee training within the banking and service sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Future Smart and Leadership at OCBC Bank since November 2017, Eileen drives employee upskilling through the OCBC Grow Your Way initiative, underpinned by the Future Smart Framework. Previous roles at DBS Bank included serving as Head of the DBS Leadership Institute, where Eileen focused on enhancing the organization’s leadership brand and fostering a digital mindset, as well as Vice-President, Regional Business Learning Partner, concentrating on strategic learning interventions. Eileen’s earlier career includes positions at OCBC Bank, Singapore Airlines, and MobileOne (M1) Limited, where Eileen developed and facilitated a broad range of training programs. Eileen holds a Master's degree from INSEAD and a Bachelor's degree from Nanyang Technological University, along with a Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Development from Temasek Polytechnic.
