Elysia Lim serves as Assistant Vice President in People Analytics & Engagement and Emerging Talent Acquisition Advisory at OCBC since June 2019, overseeing recruitment for the OCBC Graduate Talent Programme and managing programs focused on employee engagement and wellness. Previous experience includes roles at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. as a Human Resource Associate, where Personal Data Protection and employee engagement initiatives were developed, and a Human Resource Special Projects Intern at Shopee. Elysia's extensive background also encompasses HR consultancy internships and educational roles, bolstered by academic qualifications from Nanyang Technological University and City University of Hong Kong, along with participation in the OCBC NTU Executive Development Programme in 2023.
