Frances Cheung, CFA, has a notable career in finance and economics, with extensive experience in various strategic roles. Starting as a Research Analyst for the HKSAR Government, Frances progressed to become an Economist at Primasia Securities and Standard Chartered Bank, transitioning into leadership positions, including Head of Asian Rates Strategy at Crédit Agricole CIB, and Head of Rates Strategy for Asia ex-Japan at Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking. Frances served as Head of Macro Strategy for Asia at Westpac, where the bank achieved notable rankings in Bloomberg's FX Forecast Accuracy. Currently, Frances holds the position of Managing Director for FX and Rates Strategy at OCBC Bank. Academic qualifications include a Master of Philosophy in Economics and a Bachelor of Social Science in Economics from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, complemented by a Leadership Development Programme in Organizational Leadership from NUS Business School Executive Education.
