Gean Lau

Gean Lau is a seasoned enterprise architect and transformation leader with over 15 years of experience in banking and technology. Currently serving as the Managing Director and Head of Enterprise Solutioning for OCBC Group Technology Architecture, they define and manage the overall technology landscape and convergence initiatives. Previously, Gean held multiple vice president roles at OCBC, focusing on technology transformation and operational management across various banking functions. Gean completed a BA (Hons) in Finance, Accounting, and Management from the University of Nottingham and participated in an Executive Development Programme at INSEAD.
