He Li is the Lead of Digital Transformation at OCBC China, where they develop bankwide strategies and facilitate over 50 digital initiatives aimed at enhancing business success and operational excellence. Previously, they served as a Senior Business Development Manager at Guotai Junan Securities, where they built relationships with top financial institutions, and worked at the People's Bank of China on FinTech regulation policy. He Li has also made contributions as a Financial Journalist for Reuters, receiving accolades for their reporting on the Chinese financial industry. They hold a Master's degree in Economics from Renmin University and an MBA from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
