Herbert Gan

Herbert Gan is currently the Head of IT Service Management at 华侨银行, where they have been since 2025. Previously, Herbert held the position of Director at Lenovo PCCW Solutions from 2023 to 2024 and worked with IBM in various roles, including APAC Transition and Transformation Integration Manager and Service Delivery Manager, from 2009 to 2014. They also served as a Partner at Kyndryl from 2021 to 2023. Herbert began their career in engineering as a Civil Engineer at the Research Institute of Tsinghua University in Shenzhen from 2000 to 2002 and later worked in operations at the Sydney Convention and Exhibition Centre from 2003 to 2004. They earned a Master's degree in Information & Communication Technology from the University of Wollongong in 2003.
