Jason Ong is currently the Assistant Vice President and Change Manager at OCBC Bank, where they focus on wealth trade execution model transformation and regional onboarding process redesign. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Consultant in Financial Services at EY from 2018 to 2022, working on significant projects such as IBOR transition delivery and global wealth transformation. Jason completed their Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance at the University of Melbourne and also holds a foundation degree from Trinity College, University of Melbourne, alongside their high school education at Anglo-Chinese School (International).
