Jim Tay is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in strategic planning and business development within the financial services, telecommunications, and government sectors. Currently serving as the Managing Director of the Strategic Planning Office at OCBC Bank, Jim leads the implementation of the bank's 2022-2025 corporate strategy while managing significant digital asset initiatives.
