Jo Lee is an experienced professional in experience design and culture building, focusing on helping organizations develop systems and capabilities for better service delivery. They have held significant roles at Mandai Wildlife Group, fostering cross-functional collaboration and innovation while enhancing guest experiences. Prior to that, Jo worked at the Civil Service College, where they led initiatives to build innovation capabilities across the public sector. Their early career included a role at AIG, where they developed talent management solutions impacting over 2000 employees. Currently, Jo serves as an Assistant Vice President at OCBC.
