John Chee

John Chee is an experienced executive with a strong background in sales competency and training within the financial services industry. Currently serving as Executive Director at OCBC Bank since January 2022, John leads initiatives to enhance sales capabilities across various client segments. Previously, as Head of Training & Competency at Aviva Financial Advisers, John oversaw the learning and development framework for 14 districts and 600 advisers. With a history at UOB spanning over a decade in various training roles across multiple countries, John has consistently contributed to achieving revenue and productivity targets. Additional experience includes product development for Prudential Assurance Company and a role in bancassurance at DBS Bank. John Chee holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from RMIT University.
