Jolyn Tan

Jolyn Tan is an experienced professional in the fields of industrial relations, employee relations, and HR compliance, currently serving as the Industrial Relations / Employee Relations & HR Compliance Lead at OCBC since August 2018. With a background in HR marketing and a focus on employer branding and employee engagement, Jolyn has also managed Occupational Safety & Health matters and undertook a stretch assignment as a Human Resource Business Partner in 2023. Prior to OCBC, Jolyn worked as a Legal Associate at Zul Rafique & Partners from July 2016 to August 2018. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Multimedia University, an OCBC NTU Executive Development Program completion, and ongoing CIPD qualifications. Further early education involved a foundation in law at Multimedia University and participation in the AFS Intercultural Program in Japan.
