Judith Lim

Judith Lim has extensive experience in the banking and finance sectors, holding various leadership roles at notable institutions. Starting as an Associate Director at UBS in 2007, Judith subsequently worked at HSBC from 2010 to 2011 in multiple capacities, including Head of Planning, Finance & Quality and Regional Head of Financial Crime Risk Transformation Asia-Pacific. After a tenure at OCBC Bank from September 2021 to April 2022 as Managing Director in the Group Transformation Office, Judith continues to serve as Managing Director of Group Operational Excellence at OCBC since May 2022. Judith Lim holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the National University of Singapore, completed in 1994.
