Justin Chua is an experienced product manager with a strong background in digital banking and data-driven tools. Currently serving as the Product, Personalization Lead at OCBC since December 2020, Justin spearheads the bank's digital personalization initiative for 2.4 million customers. Previously, Justin was part of the pioneering team that developed the FRANK digital banking app and led the launch of a B2B networking tool at k'nectary, achieving significant early user adoption. Justin also held key roles in strategy and planning at DataVLT and product marketing at 22 Media Pte Ltd, successfully enhancing revenue through innovative initiatives. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from RMIT University and a Mass Communication diploma from Ngee Ann Polytechnic.
