Kah Chan Lim is a self-motivated professional with over 20 years of experience in cyber threat intelligence and analysis. They served as a Military Officer in the Singapore Armed Forces from 2001 to 2007 and held various leadership positions within the Republic of Singapore Air Force, including Head of the Air Defence Intelligence Branch. From 2019 to 2021, Kah was the Head of the Analysis Branch at The Digital and Intelligence Service's Open Source Analysis Centre. Currently, they are the Vice President of Group Cyber Threat Intelligence at OCBC. Kah holds a Master of Arts in Instructional Design and Technology from Nanyang Technological University Singapore and a Bachelor of Engineering in Environmental/Environmental Health Engineering from the National University of Singapore.
