Kevin Moe

Kevin Moe is an experienced professional in data science and technology, currently serving as the Data Literacy Lead at OCBC Bank since September 2019, where responsibilities include developing and implementing a data literacy framework and equipping employees with essential data skills. Previous roles at OCBC included Data Science Lead, focusing on integrating fairness principles into AI practices and leading the enhancement of conversational AI solutions. Prior to OCBC, Kevin worked at KPMG Singapore in Digital Enablement, developing fraud detection systems, and at the National University of Singapore, managing nuclear research initiatives. In the National Research Foundation, Kevin held the position of Deputy Head in Urban Solutions and Sustainability, overseeing significant funding initiatives and international collaborations in energy and nuclear safety research. Academically, Kevin holds a Master's in IT Business (Artificial Intelligence) and a PhD in Electrical Engineering from the National University of Singapore, complementing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with a minor in Physics.
