Lee Hwee Boon

Ms Lee Hwee Boon was appointed Head of Group Human Resources in June 2022. Being Head of Group Human Resources, she is responsible for the management, training and development of our human capital.

Prior to this appointment, Ms Lee has worked in diverse functions in the OCBC Group, covering strategy, risk management as well as corporate and commercial banking. She holds a Bachelor of Business with Honours from Nanyang Technological University and is an IBF Fellow.
