Lesnar Chen

Lesnar Chen is currently the Head of Service Operations and Delivery at OCBC, where they manage end-user IT service operations and desktop support. Previously, Chen served as an IT Lead at Sea and as Head of IT Operations at MariBank, contributing significantly to the operationalization and launch of a new Digital Bank. Chen also has experience as an Army Reconnaissance Officer Instructor in the Singapore Armed Forces and has held various roles within OCBC from 2017 to 2019, including Executive Assistant to the Head of Group Technology Services. They hold a Bachelor of Computing in Information Systems from the National University of Singapore and a diploma in Business Information Technology from Ngee Ann Polytechnic.
