Lynette Lee has a strong background in product and user experience design. They began their career as an Interactive Designer at Reap Interactive from 2009 to 2010, later serving as Art Director at POSSIBLE from 2011 to 2016 and Senior User Experience Designer at Citi from 2016 to 2019. Lynette currently holds the position of VP, Customer Experience (Product/UX design) at OCBC Bank, after advancing from AVP, Customer Experience (UI/UX) at the same institution from 2019 to 2022. They earned a Diploma in Interactive Media Design from Temasek Polytechnic and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Design from RMIT University.
