Mayank Kumar

Mayank Kumar is the Head of Market Risk Analytics at OCBC Bank, leading a ten-member team focused on market risk analytics and validation for various financial activities. Prior to this role, Mayank served as the Head of FX-Equity-Commodity Market Risk Management at OCBC, where significant contributions included saving 8 billion SGD in MRWA through various initiatives. Mayank’s earlier experience includes roles as a Rates Volatility Trader and desk quant at Citigroup Global Markets Japan, where they achieved notable profit and contributed to re-marking exotic books. Mayank holds a dual degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, and has further education from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
